Our Approach

From induction and short courses to degree-level qualifications, Active Prospects offer a range of professional development opportunities to support our staff.

Our programme includes classroom sessions and practical ‘on the job’ training. We also offer distance learning and online materials, so you can study at a time and place that suits you: they make ideal ‘refreshers’ when you need to update or top up your knowledge. 

New staff

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
