Our Current Services

Active Prospects offers a variety of services across East and Mid-Surrey and Croydon.

Our supported living services provide support to people living in wide ranging independent housing and shared accommodation, directly provided by Active Prospects as well other landlords' or people's own accommodation. This service helps people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairment and people with Asperger’s Syndrome live as independently as possible.

Our eight residential care homes across Surrey provide expert, intensive, round the clock support for people with profound and complex learning disabilities.

We operate a short breaks service in East Surrey, providing support to young people aged between 18 and 30 who have a learning disability. This service allows carers to take a break from support without compromising on the quality of support given and enables young people to experience a wide range of activities both at the service and in the community. We also offer some of our young people support in their family home.

We offer transitional services for young people moving from residential settings into the community to enable people to become as independent as possible, in a flexible supportive environment and helping them find their long term homes.

A tenancy support service in East and Mid-Surrey providing support to people who are at risk of homelessness in partnership with Raven Housing Trust.

We support a wide range of peer-led activities that support community networks, friendships, learning and work opportunities.

All of our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
