Our trained and qualifed staff support people to live as independently as possible, this can include the following:
- Support with personal care
- Home and daily living skills
- Budgeting, paying bills and shopping
- Health
- Safety
- Community
- Family and friends
- Social activities
- Religious and cultural needs
- Planning for the future
Everyone has their own individual support plan and our experienced and qualified staff work with them to enable them to manage their responsibilities and identify and achieve their personal goals and wishes.
