HISTORY

Prospect Housing and Support Services was formed in 1989 by several local organisations and authorities, who wanted to improve housing facilities for people with learning disabilities and mental health problems, so they could live independently.

In 2016 in conjunction with our People We Support Committee we updated our name from Prospect Housing and Support to reflect a more proactive approach with a new strategy and service offers, and became Active Prospects. 

Stepping into the future we will continue to work with the People We Support, staff, and volunteers, to develop and improve our services and buildings, so that people really can live aspiring lives.
