Reasons to Volunteer

We have many opportunities for volunteers.

Become a befriender and you will have the opportunity to meet people you would not normally meet and do some really valuable work making a difference to the lives of some incredible people.

Support us in head office with administration roles and stretch yourself by putting your skills to good use or learning new ones.

Help with fundraising and have a lot of fun at the same time. 

Put your DIY or gardening skills to good use at some of our schemes.  We are aiming to create vegetable gardens and would really appreciate some help. 

Anybody can volunteer so long as you have energy and enthusiasm and an hour or more every week, you will be very welcome.
