Repairs and Maintenance
Our Housing Team ensures that all our properties are safe and secure. We work with approved contractors to carry out breakdown repairs and planned maintenance, redecoration and improvements, such as new kitchens and bathrooms. The team is also responsible for servicing gas boilers and specialist equipment, and advises tenants on adaptations such as level-access showers.
Moving Home
If you want to move house, we’ll do all we can to help. Before you sign any contracts for your next home, make sure you get advice from your Support Worker, or you can contact a member of the Housing Team on 01293 812034. They’ll be happy to advise you on finding accommodation that’s right for you.
You can apply to your local Council’s housing register, and ask them about your options, both in the local area and further afield.

The Housing Options Advice Line is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30. Outside these hours, you can leave a message. If they can not help you straight away, they will put you in touch with a specialist advisor who will contact you as quickly as possible.
